Mature Project Management

Right after the project initiation, a dedicated project manager is assigned to drive the entire process from the requirements elaboration to the product release. A dedicated PM organizes all the required project activities and acts as a single contact point for the customer, providing reporting, collecting feedback and assuming responsibility for the timely project delivery. For each project, we select the most appropriate project management tools, from from MS Project and JIRA to customer-suggested solutions.

Flexible Development Methodology

We employ the best industry practices such as Waterfall, Agile and SCRUM methodologies or flexibly adjust our processes, workflow and toolkits to the delivery methodology used on the client side. Our software architects can easily plug into your development process without disrupting the existing workflow at any stage of the project.

Integrated Quality Verification

At ASAPY, we refer to quality assurance as an integral part of every project. Our QA department works independently from development teams to provide unbiased attitude to software quality. To speed up project delivery, ASAPY’s QA team smoothly integrates into the project, starting from the requirement gathering stage and works in parallel with the developers. This way, we significantly reduce the release cycle and optimize project costs by up to 30%.

Transparent Reporting

At each project phase, we deliver regular (weekly/monthly) and ad-hoc project status reports with the agreed level of detail. All reporting is presented in a simple and clear manner to let our clients easily determine what progress has been made. We use industry-standard bug and version tracking tools and code repositories, such as Team Foundation Server (TFS), JIRA, Mantis, CVS, SVN, Git, Mercurial, Subversion, Red Mine, as well as reporting software and schemes suggested by a client.
